1.1. Commitment: By enrolling in the program, participants agree to attend weekly meetings and actively engage in all activities, assignments, and discussions. 

1.2. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to uphold Christian values, including respect, integrity, and kindness, in all interactions with mentors and fellow participants. 

1.3. Eligibility: The program is open to individuals who meet the specific requirements outlined during the registration process (e.g., age, faith commitment, location).

2.1. Access: E-courses are exclusively available to registered participants and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed. 

2.2. Completion: Participants are encouraged to complete all course modules and assignments within the suggested timelines to maximize their learning experience. 

2.3. Proprietary Rights: All course content is the intellectual property of Destiny Driven Living and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without prior written consent.

3.1. Use: Clothing apparel provided or purchased through the program is intended for personal use and must not be resold or used for unauthorized purposes. 

3.2. Returns/Exchanges: Participants may return or exchange apparel in accordance with the return policy outlined at the time of purchase. 

4.1. Personal Information: Any personal data collected during registration or participation will be used solely for program-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent. 

4.2. Confidentiality: Personal sharing during mentorship meetings will remain confidential and should not be disclosed outside the group.

5.1. Cost Structure: All fees related to enrollment, e-courses, or apparel will be clearly outlined during the registration process. 

5.2. Refunds: Refunds may be issued under specific conditions, such as program cancellation or withdrawal prior to a stated deadline. Refund policies will be communicated at the time of payment. E-course and apparel purchases are nonrefundable.

6.1. Non-Compliance: The program reserves the right to terminate participation for violations of these terms and conditions, including inappropriate behavior or failure to meet participation requirements. 

6.2. Voluntary Withdrawal: Participants may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying the program coordinators. However, fees already paid may not be refundable.

7.1. Spiritual Guidance: This program is designed to provide spiritual mentorship and guidance but is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy. 

7.2. No Guarantees: Personal and spiritual growth outcomes depend on individual effort and commitment. The program does not guarantee specific results.

8.1. Limitations: Destiny Driven Living is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damages incurred during program activities, meetings, or while using program resources. 

8.2. Third-Party Services: The program is not responsible for issues arising from third-party vendors, including but not limited to apparel suppliers or e-course platforms.

By enrolling in Destiny Driven Living, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.
